入居前日までに、初月分と最終月分の家賃をお振り込み頂きます。事務手数料など、家賃以外の費用は頂きません。
Moving in cost is the first and last months rent. Please pay it before you move in via bank transfer. There is no other costs such as administrative fee or key money.
翌月分家賃は、月末までにお支払い頂きます。
Please pay the next month rent by the end of the month.
退去の際は、前月末までにご連絡頂きます。最終月分はすでに頂いているので、別途費用は発生しません。
You can just tell us you are planning to leave. There will be no extra fees when you leave.
